Eric is a civil litigator. He has handled numerous cases involving medical negligence, premises liability, car crashes, trip and falls, business disputes, wrongful death, and federal tort claim act claims. Eric was recently the first chair on a Federal Tort Claim Act Medical Malpractice Claim that settled out of court for $700,000. Eric also recently sat second chair on a case
Eric presently sits on the board of directors for a Tampa based non-profit, Wheels for Success. He has served on that board for two years. Wheels of Success is an organization that provides transportation in the form of donated cars to persons who have a job, but cannot afford to purchase a car to get there. Eric was also a board member of the Young Lawyer Board for the Florida Justice Association where he assisted in the FJA's activities of fighting for the rights of injured Floridians. Eric was a member of the Cheatwood Inn of Court from 2010-2011 and 2013-2016.
